Standard Edge Knives (Made in Germany)
Through extremely competitive in price, these knives are of extreme high quality, made in Germany from the finest drop-forged steel. They’re hardened for added durability, solid, one-piece and easy to clean. These knives are ideal for low-volume restaurants, markets and the butcher hobbyist.
Available in size 12 (2-7/16“, 1/2" hole), 22 (2- 7/8“, 1/2" hole), 32 (3-5/8”, 5/8" hole)

Standard Chopper Plates are made in Germany from a special chrome-vanadium steel alloy for extremely long life. Using computerized drilling for plate-to-plate conformity, the maximum number of holes is drilled into each plate to provide for greater production and cooler, more efficient cutting.

Diameter and thickness sizes are 12(2 3/4"- 5/16"), 22(3 1/4" - 3/8"), 32(3 15/16" - 7/16")

Hardened Steel Knives are engineered for heavy duty operations and extended life. Made of high-strength hardened tool steel, these knives have broached center holes, which significantly decreases stud wear. Cutting bars are attached by cadmium free induction brazing. These features provide greater durability and provide for easier cleaning. Ideal for all large-volume grinding operations or high horsepower machinery.

Hardened Steel Plates are hubbed, case hardened and precision ground to produce an effective edge to pair with the Hardened Steel Knives. All our Hardened Steel Grinder Plates are designed to be re-sharpenable.
