What is Traditional?

For those who prefer the warnth and feel of a real wood handle.  Features either stain-free, high-carbon steel or traditional high-carbon steel blade, with a hand-ground and honed edge.  Handle is secured to the blade with brass compression rivets.  Made in USA. 

Fork: Are a handy tool used to move hot pieces of meat from the pot to the cutting surface or to handle the hot meat while cutting.

 Blades:
