Giesser 9 1/2" Granton Butcher Knife, Primeline

The new knife series PrimeLine by GIESSER MESSER has been developed especially for butchers and packers who permanently use the knife without putting it away – ideal for all industrial piecework deboning. Its new designed handle is made from very soft and slip proof plastic material, it is ergonomic shaped, has a comfortable grip and – due to its flexibility – spares sinews and joints. Absolute stability is guaranteed due to the hard core inside the handle. The transition from handle to blade is offset, thus making re-sharpening of the blade very easy.

Another feature of the knives from our PrimeLine series is the serially numbering of the blades: each knife of the series can be perfectly identified and tracked.

The GIESSER MESSER company is always committed to the consistent, continuous development and improvement of its products. The PrimeLine series of knives for all industrial piece-work boning tasks has now been improved still further and will in future bear the Sanitized® seal of quality.
In addition to the option of a shorter or longer heel, the plastic handle will now have an antibacterial high-tech finish on a silver base. Sanitized® Silver is effective in the long-term prevention of the formation of bacteria and mould and so guarantees more hygienic conditions and greater safety in the meat industry.
The risk of cross-contamination is greatly reduced. Of course the PrimeLine series with its dermatologically tested, anti-allergy Sanitized® Silver finish complies with the current consumer goods act regarding foodstuffs and is no more expensive than previously.
