Returns Policy
Regular Return
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please write "Return for refund" on packing slip or paper and simply ship it back to us. For return label just text, call or email us your request. We need to know if it is exactly as you received it, or it its been used or missing packaging so we can determine where the return goes.
Return Time
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 days of receiving your package.
Band Saw Return
If you ordered the wrong size don't worry! Just ship them back to Cutlery Mania and write on the packing slip what size you would like to change them for. We will call you when its time to ship out and charge a small shipping fee.
All band saws MUST be returned with orange paper still intact. Cutlery Mania will not issue a refund for any band saws sent without the orange paper. It prevents the band saws from rusting and allows for safe handling.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Orders
Duty and Tax
At the time of checkout Cutlery Mania will give you the option to pay taxes and duties before shipment. If this option is not selected you are responsible for paying taxes and duties at the time of delivery. Tax and Duties will not be refunded if a delivery has been attempted and the package is returned to the sender.
