    the blades were well packaged, sharp, and welded very clean, as with any type of cutting blade durability is of prime concern and that will only be borne out with time and use and so far i am very sastified

    Its a good quality blade... i have cut up fresh pork made my chops to what ever thickness i wanted 1" + also cut up frozen whole turkeys and other frozen meat/bone in...works great...still have all my fingers..now i want a spare one...
