Our #32 plates are available in two materials — standard reversible stainless steel and premium hubbed D2 tool steel — and in five hole sizes: 9/64", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2". The D2 steel plates offer professional-grade hardness and wear resistance for operations that grind high volumes daily. Knives are available in curved stainless steel and straight hard steel heat treated options.
