Sourced from carefully cleaned and prepared sheep intestines, these casings are naturally thin, strong, and highly elastic, making them perfect for snack sticks, breakfast sausages, and other fine sausage varieties.
Preflushed casings are ready to use right out of the package, while tubed casings allow for quicker, more efficient stuffing during production. Packaged in 2 hank, 6 hank, or 10 hank sizes to suit both small-batch and larger-scale production needs.
